The system is shown in it's single-example shore based configuration, placed there after testing. Presumably, there was some reason it couldn't be put in a warship as I haven't seen anything about an intended stationary role. The location of the launcher is not stated, and that's what I'm curious about. Russia has the dedicated stationary anti-ship missile systems Utes and K-300S dug into Sevastopol rock, but that level of protection evidently wasn't ideal.
