From my collection, Ralph McQuarrie's cover to 'Splinter of the Mind's Eye' (1978), the novel Alan Dean Foster was asked to write as a sequel to the novelization of 'Star Wars', a mark of just how insanely popular that film was. This novel is still in print, despite it committing to a few things that are somewhat askew to how the series eventually developed. This one is a bit sun faded, but it's from an early printing which makes it special.
