Is that a proposed 5-seater variant of a Hughes 300 helicopter?

I could not find any information on how many souls it will accommodate on board. But looking at the rendering supplied, 4 is minimum, possibly it will be five-seater.

It is worth to mention, that original Schweizer company introduced model 330 / 333, and it has an interior variant with 4 seats - but the two in the middle are on a single bench, and rather for smaller people.
