This could be an early design for what would become the Saunders Roe Princess, because the 1943 Saunders Roe flying boat had a 214-foot wingspan.

Hesham, this is not a Saro project. The article in Flight is a critical review of a Saro proposal for a floating dock for flying boats and the aircraft sketch has been modified by the author to be a pusher.
