I see a reference to SAND DECK in only two places:

1: http://www.northropgrumman.com/AboutUs/AnalysisCenter/Documents/pdfs/Brittle-Swords-Low-Density-Hig.pdf

2. From a comment by Admiral Pilling in http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CHRG-106hhrg72364/html/CHRG-106hhrg72364.htm

Both points are about Low-density/High-demand assets.

I don't see it at http://www.designation-systems.net/usmilav/names/s.html.

I don't know what it is and can't find other meaningful hits (taking a horrible risk of being pointed to Google as my friend here... ).

Anyone know?
