That is we signed a contract that said we would only use the 84mm inside the territorial boundaries of the Australian commonwealth.So when we went to deploy the weapon to VietNam the Swedish government was within their rights to refuse appeal and refuse to supply further munitions. All it would have taken to avoid this situation is to purchase the weapons under an unrestricted use agreement.
