TLDR: Fires in late July at DLH depots in Manchester and Dresden are being linked to the ongoing Russian sabotage campaign. In the UK case (and the German one?) the device had arrived at the depot by aircraft and in the Dresden case the device ignited while being loaded aboard an outgoing aircraft that would have been in the air at the time if it hadn't been delayed. The UK incident, and the link to the Dresden case, hadn't been revealed until reporters approached the authorities.
