Very interesting point and articles thanks orlovsky.The scenario/proposal I've put forward utilises an existing platform - the Blackburn Buccaneer S.2, where as to meet the USN FAD requirement, required a brand new aircraft design to deploy the said AWG-9/Phoenix combination. The Buccaneer was already a tested and proven aircraft/engine combination.RegardsPioneer
