This book does not exist, it is an erroneous eBay listing for the book "Romanian Aeronautical Constructions" by Dan Antoniu & George Cicos, ISBN 978-9731500249. (I'm 100% sure of this, the table of contents in the eBay listing is the same as the actual book.)

you can find a " digital" copy on internet , for paper version it's most difficult .
