Not sure if this was planned as a real Rolls-Royce contender to a trainer competition of it was purely a hypothetical design. The fact that they didn't usually manufacture airframes makes me think it was the latter, but I'm not quite sure:

may be a contender to Hawker HS.1182,I will search.
 
From what can be read on this brochure, the type was intended as a multi-engine trainer,
allowing training of engine-out/asymmetric thrust situations, so quite probably there was no
relation to the HS.1182, later Hawk.
Interesting find, thanks for it !
