No real evidence, of course, but they may well be our 'missing' RA 18 and RA 19 designations!About the RA 16, was it being a projected RA 14 derivative also your supposition? Makes sense but I've fudged and listed it as "(RA 14/RA 15 derivative?)". However, if you have a source, that can be easily corrected.
