Hi,

the Roeland Snellen was a Dutch designer, and he created in 1941 a single seat glider with a V-tail,developed from Grunau Baby called R7/41,also invented a single seat low-wing light aircraft in 1943,called R9/43.

Snellen was involved with the NV Vliegtuigbouw in Teuge, which company built a large number of gliders before and after the war.
This production included the Snellen V20 (on the second photo provided by Hesham), which was built in 1939 and flew as PH-90 until it crashed at Teuge (?) on 22 April 1962. The wreck was acquired by J. Hartkamp and J. Heerink in 1964 with the idea of rebuilding although it seems not to have been completed. It was then donated to the Aviodome Museum at Schiphol. This museum does not exist anymore and I am not sure if the glider was transferred to the Lelystad museum.
The first picture provided by Hesham is Snellen in an ESG glider.

Thank you my dear Jos for your explanation.
