Rockwell's Advanced Chemo-Nuclear Aerospace Transport

I went through the Krafft Ehricke Papers at the Smithsonian a few years ago, and there is some amazing stuff in there. In addition to his own work, there are documents and images from his correspondence, and some material that is not clearly identified. This is one of the designs I still haven't been able to identify or associate with any particular program. I can't find any discussion of it here either, but please do let me know if I missed something.
