RIP Sir. In my young(er) days I used to marvel at my future in space through his work. I hope someday someone will be able to admire his works in 1/6th earths gravity.

I just wanted to add a bit of information that has not been included in the obituaries I've seen on line. Robert McCall was one of the founding members of the American Society of Aviation Artists.

A little late to add anything... but I enjoyed his work very much too. A sad deal to see a great talent pass on.

See you when I get there, maestro.

That and especially Atlas Centaur still look futuristic—Zenit (the pencil) the most plain Jane.
