Dear Maveric, sorry I have no technical details (but a lot of questions, like you). The RB-50 (F-PLUD) was powered by a 90hp Continental C90 engine. The same aircraft later (May 1969) became the RB-51 (different engine and/or modifications??). I have no idea why the designation changed.I understand from the site which toura was so kind to provide, that the wings and engine of the RB-30 were used in the RB-50. This could imply that the RB-30 had a Continental C90, but I always thought that the engine in the RB-30 was a Continental A65. Could it be that the RB-50 initially also had an A65 engine?According to Fox Papa the RB-30 was destroyed (détruit) in 1949. I presume the aircraft was dismantled and not destroyed in an accident. Did it ever actually fly?Sorry for not giving answers but asking new questions.
