Hi folks,
I can't work out how this one was supposed to fly but anyway, here is a pair of designs for a VTOL amphibian aircraft from one Charles E. Glessner, filed October 7th 1924.

"Still another object is to render the individual airplane units capable of horizontal rotation, under the control of the operator, without depending upon the usual rudder".
Cheers, 'Wingknut'.
