A very rare, and most likely unique original document produced by Lockheed Aircraft Corp.​

This file contains Lockheeds inaugural, and first ever technical presentation to the Royal Aeronautical Society, on the F-104 Starfighter aircraft. The presentation entitled,​

The Lockheed F-104 Starfighter, It’s Concept and it’s Systems, was produced by K.F. Pittman, and presented to the Royal Aeronautical Society Australian Division, initially in Sydney on the 30th of September 1959, and again in Melbourne on the 15th of October 1959. This fascinating document includes 45 black-and-white photographs, including many detailed aspects of the Starfighter’s build, and design features, plus 13 preliminary / prototype drawn design plan views, of aircraft that were considered during the preliminary design evaluation stage, and unit the presentation had never before been shown outside of Lockheed's Preliminary Design Room.​
