Questions regarding the navigation system in the SK60

In a game called war thunder the SK60Bs cockpit includes what appears to be an automated navigation system of some kind. Yet every SK60 cockpit has a radio set mounted there instead.
Does anyone have any details on this device (even the designation is enough so I can at least start searching somewhere)

I recognize the Decca 1649 map roller on the first picture. The Swedes called it the Positionsskrivare (position plotter). It was connected to the Doppler nav system. That is a pre-GPS technology when the position was plotted on a paper map that was moving up and down.
