Pure fantasy? (USN tailsitter)

Pure fantasy or secret project? No idea of the source (probably from the web) - I've got it from a friend.

I am putting my money on what-if model, something like alternative configuration of XFV-1. If nothing more, than at least it has air intake too close to the cockpit. With the opened canopy it can be named "pilot´s scalp inhaller"

The model comes from the comic series Buck Dany
by J.M.Charlier - V.Hubinon .Publ.Dupuis-Brussels.
(it's somewhere in my collection)
