Project Habakkuk thread closure

I'm disappointed to see that this thread in the Naval forum was locked for being too "speculative." Habakkuk was a real project that went as far as a proof of concept study and a technology demonstration. IMO, it's not substantially more speculative than several other concepts that have been discussed on the Naval projects forum (the Japanese submersible pillboxes thread, for example).
