So, being an avid fan of Russian rotorcraft I have been watching the comings and goings of wonderful ideas that match those of their American counterparts. I see from the Flight Global story below that it appears that the RACHEL is moving forward, but it appears to intimate that the Kamov and Mil high speed projects might still be more than a past fancy for Russian aviation.Was just wondering if anyone might be able to provide some clarity on the subject. http://www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/russian-helicopters-schedules-first-flight-of-high-speed-type-for-2018-389642/
