Now that Poland is talking openly about needing nuclear weapons this becomes a legitimate technical subject.

Poland used Scuds in its WP days and now has MLRS launchers I think. As Belarus and Kaliningrad host nuclear Iskanders Polish SSM have some clear military targets

1. We had Scuds but warheads were handled by Soviets. When shit hit the fan they should deliver warheads to the technical preparation points, where they were paired with missile. Know that first hand from my father.
2. Before Trump era idea was to use 100-200 MLRS to neutralize Kaliningrad. How many legitimate target do you have there? 1200 missile MLRS salvo should take care about it. And tanks should be at places where warheads are stored in 1-2 hours.
3. I don’t think we are capable in short term to build own nuclear weapons. Too many variables. In 20 years from now - maybe.
4. I assume based on rumors in media there is some offer from France to have Rafael+ASMP. And it’s purely to stop Russians to drop small nuke on Poland to force some ideas like Kaliningrad corridor. We can’t count on NATO nuclear sharing in this scenario. That’s why we need nuke in our disposition. Like Israel.

With all the South Korean kit that Poland has been buying, perhaps it would make sense to go with the (Iskander-based/derived?) Hyunmoo-2 (and/or Hyunmoo-4 for bunker-busting).

For what reason? Kulikovo nuclear weapon storage in Kaliningrad is 56 km from Polish border. Belarus nuclear weapon storage is 330 km from border. And honestly why to attack them? Belarus is playing both sides and stay away from any open conflict. Look at the Ukraine - they play everything possible to not openly invade them.

What you’re talking about in point number 2 only makes sense in the case of a preemptive strike that the enemy is unaware of which is practically unrealistic in the age of satellite intelligence. In my opinion polish army dont need to built nuclear devices its enough to have the capability to quickly build one and launch it. Just like Japan, Korea and maybe israel(officaly atleast)

The chief of the general staff said that the military is interested in acquiring a license for the MRBM. The considered technology providers are south korea, usa and probablyfrance. At the same time the military tech institutes are working on a domestic SRBM. So you were 100% right with your speculation
