Photos 1,8,11,13,28,29,30 show Russian rocket pods - typically meant for helicopters and slow aircraft - mounted in the beds of pickup trucks. Especially note photo 13... not only does it show the rockets being fired over the cab of the truck... there's someone *in* the truck.
Interestingly, there's not much exhaust plume coming out of the rockets. Still.... no. Just... no.
