The original Chieftain family included a turret gunned acre like the Centurion. In the event the Centurion served until the end of the Cold War.
The only image of the design I can find is in an excellent book about the history of the FVRD called the British Tank Factory. I tried to paste in the link in the Books section but you can find it by typing chieftain avre in the site search engine.
Quite why so little is available about this interesting design is a puzzle as it is hardly very secret.
