Too bad tho that the modernized Nakhimov wont retain that SM-225 Launcher.

I can't really help imagining what can be done with the space in the launcher. Russians envisaged putting Oniks/Yakhont there with 3 missiles per tubes. I would think 4 could be possible. And for smaller missiles they can perhaps do US Navy's SSGN by packing 8 missiles per tube.

Or even perhaps carrying Sprint like Booster for their GBI and conveniently do Hypersonic weapon or ICBM intercepts.
