It's certainly a bit curious that Northrop evidently did not incorporate a conical camber on the YF-23 and F-23. Perhaps the wave drag characteristics are good enough that a simpler wing design is considered sufficient to reduce manufacturing costs? Certainly the F-22's wing is not a simple shape.
