Northrop Grumman's Secret New Plane Revealed In Commercial?

Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere. But I just caught this commercial on TV, and, well, I need to know more.

The end of the commercial seems to be alluding to whatever new project Northrop Grumman is working on. I can't tell if it's supposed to be implying that the mystery aircraft described as "the future" is supposed to be flying just above the camera and the clouds...or if it's supposed to be flying through the clouds, we just can't see it—i.e. active visual spectrum camouflage.

You're misinterpretting it. They're not implying that the aircraft is above the clouds (shadow) or beneath the cloud... it's the cloud itself. They've weaponized water vapor. It's the wave of the future.
