Excellent stuff, Hesham. My list adds a few minor details ...
The company was formed in the Summer of 1916, attracting Carl Cederström and Lars Fjällbäck from the faltering Södertelge Verkstäder (which failed the following year). Chief test pilot was Carl Gustaf Krokstedt.
The name is sometimes given as Nordiska Aviatik Bolagets (or Nordiska Aviatikbolagets) meaning Nordic Aviation Company. Or as 'Nordiska Aviatik Bolagets AB'. The latter is unlikely since AB (for Aktiebolag or 'Limited Company'/'corporation') would be redundant.
AFAIK, the NAB 9 was the first design. Like other Swedish Albatros copies, it was based on the airframe of a German Albatros B.II demonstrator. This aircraft, being demonstrated by Lothar Wieland was damaged while landing at Stockholm-Gärdet (Ladugårdsgärdet) on 26 July 1914. At the outbreak of WWI, this civilian Albatros B.II was purchased (by the Swedish government?) and reverse-engineered for local production.
