Terry, the Nord 600 was already in the latter part of the list (what I call the second numbering system).

What does the question mark mean? I found a 'confirmation' for the existence of this type designation in Der Flieger 10/1953, page 225. N.1600 doesn't seem to be an error.
EDIT: Cuny also confirms the designation N.1600 in Docavia # 30.

In the same magazine a N.3100 is mentioned, unfortunately without any details. Could be to correspond with a possible misprint ('N.1300') which is described as a military transport project with turboprops, based on the N.2500 - but the real N.1300 was a sailplane - far away to be a transport ;) .

By the way,

the Nord N.100 was Airbus or Hawker/Breguet/Nord HBN.100.
 
I have some doubts about the "N.500" as a hovercraft. Would have doubled this
designation exactly during the same time, when it was given to the N.500 Cadet
ducted rotor VTOL aircraft. Due to the changes and mergers in the French aviation
industry, there were several duplicated designations, of course, but usually at least
with some years between them.
 
On the NC-854S designation I read a somewhat different story.
NC-853S was a version with 75hp Minié 4DC-32 engine
NC-854 was new production version with 65hp Continental A65
NC-854S was used for former NC-853S aircraft re-engined with the A65.

After N.5200 for the SS-10 and N.5210 for the SS-11, this was a perfectly logical allocation.

In the Fana de l'Aviation n° 573 (August 2017) is shown a 3V drawing (here-under) of a Nord Aviation supersonic bomber project dated 1962, in competition with the Dassault Mirage IVB for the equipment of the "Forces Aériennes Stratégiques (French Air Force nuclear vector).

-In Le Fana, it's named Nord "Minerve bomber"
-in French Secret Projects 2, there is too a Nord "Minerve Bomber", but if the text speaks about a plane like the 3V drawing of Le Fana, there are a 2V drawing of a delta canard and a more elaborate, and probably later, section drawing (apparently without canards) similar to the 3 V drawing of Le Fana.

Then, I can only give the designation Nord "Minerve bomber" for this plane.

It was four designs and not two ?.

This was in a stack with Nord SS.11, SS.12 and CT.20 photos. I've had a rummage online, but nothing similar turns up.

I've seen it before but can't remember where or what it is called. Anyone give me steer?
