The war between Russia and Ukraine are bloody, I think no more people should die at this war. Especially those young boys should study in colleague, maybe they will grow into excellent musician, Chemist ,physicist,agriculture expert..ect. The land can be negotiate, there are so many land on the planet,is it right?
I learn some knowledge about non-lethal weapons from internet.
On the battlefield, there is a type of weapon that can incapacitate a person without causing death, and can also disable weapons and equipment without completely destroying them. Such weapons are called non-lethal weapons.
Non-lethal weapons have two major categories: one is effective against equipment and the other against personnel.
There are many non-lethal weapons specifically designed to deal with weapons and equipment: like rubber dissolving agent, which can dissolve rubber products. Sprinkling it on the road, the tires of vehicles or the rubber-soled boots worn by soldiers will melt upon contact with it. Vehicles and personnel will be immobilized and unable to continue fighting.
Super-strong adhesive, this adhesive is a powerful glue. If it is sprayed onto the runway of an airport, it will firmly stick the aircraft to the ground within minutes, preventing it taking off. It can also stick guns and cannons, making the weapons inoperable.
Special lubricants, which are like honey, are sprayed on airport runways, highways or aircraft carrier decks. Due to the reduction in friction, vehicles cannot run and aircraft cannot take off or land, just like it is easy to fall when walking on ice in winter. This lubricant can be spread by aircraft or missiles.

Its action time is relatively long, but it can be reversed by medication.

It load two 7.92mm machine guns for warning the soldiers on ground not to fight, under fuselage there are a capture system, this device consist of a mechanical arm, one barrel ,spring compression adjustment ,pressure plate, the barrel launch a rope and noose， The double -tail scorpion UAV use infrared camera find the soldiers on ground from 1000 meters altitude, then UAV descend the flight altitude to 15 meters. It open a loudspeaker ask the soldiers do not try to resist. If not two 7.92mm machine guns will fire.
