No, the whole contract was winner-take-all. Structured that way from the beginning.So what needed to happen for any team to win was designing a good LMG and then figuring out how to make a rifle work. And the M250 is a good LMG. It's no Knights LAMG, but it's good enough. (for what it's worth, I don't think the Knights LAMG is good for bipod or tripod work)
