Butakov is interesting, seems based on rebuild proposal Project 78 training cruiser some sort if i recall, some of these projects are real but i think author depicting how would they look like if ever complete (throwing some mix of alternative universe and history as well, ex see Dunkerque with British "Anne Mansions" superstructures with refitted British made AA), like the Izmail with clipper bow, angled fore funnel and catapult based Paris Commune (Sevastopol) battleship modernization.

Yes, that forum usually has quite good drawings or drawing modifications, but many of them are either speculation or hypothetical, difficult to check if they are really real or just ideas.

Some of them looks pretty legit, especially some drew on paper make me think i might have digging into some sekrit dokuments goldmines.
