NATO Defence Planning Questionnaires

Occasionally, as in the excellent paper on the Canadian Navy I have mentioned elsewhere today, we get an insight into how detailed the requests by NATO for details of forces both actual and proposed were.. As in the Canadian naval case, NATO had a real influence on the type and number of military assets.
Is there anywhere where the annual NATO Defence Planning Questionnaires (DPQ) for each member country can be found. These are of course highly sensitive so even now they may not have been declassified.

Officials told the network that under the changed policy, the U.S. might not come to the aid of a NATO member that has been attacked if they don’t spend a certain amount of their GDP on defense.
The change would be a departure from NATO’s Article 5, which states that an attack on one is an attack on all.

That would be a change to the 'T' for Treaty in NATO. It would have to be agreed to by all NATO members, or it would not be a NATO Article.

Stupid and also pretty inconsequential. Spending is already closely correlated to threat level. NATO is already more likely to go to war to defend Poland than Spain.
