Mystery VTOL air ambulance project from Germany

I acquired the pictures below a while ago from a fellow VTOL concept worker, whom I have of course lost touch with. I have found nothing on the concept since. It appears to be a German concept (Luftrettung sort of gives me that impression). It strikes me as a wonderful concept for an Urban VTOL system. If anyone has a clue on how I might find more information on it, I would be greatful.
