From Vintage magazine,

here is an old mystery airplane to ID ?,the picture number "1" is the cover of the magazine.

No,I didn't mean it,that's only the cover of the magazine,which presented my source,I need
identification for the first picture ?.

here is an old mystery airplane to ID ?,the picture number "1" is the cover of the magazine.
This was my grandfather, Lehman Weil (1861-1940). My father William remembered him trying to get this off the ground in Staten Island c. 1910. It was far too heavy and I suspect the design left something to be desired, but at least he tried. Incidentally I am licensed as both a private airplane and a commercial glider pilot. Richard Weil

and I think your grandfather never developed more aircraft.
