My professional opinion is that the pilot experienced an emergency while taxiing and what we're seeing is a quarantine of the aircraft. More than likely involving some Dreamland Taco Bell, in which after it exited the pilot's rectum, made the aircraft too toxic to approach. The translucent shelter was helo'd in and dropped around the perimeter of the aircraft so that they could tell whether the remnants of the Taco Bell combobulated into a sentient being or simply broke down and dried out in the sun.Godspeed to the pilot of the aircraft, there's probably a skidmark somewhere going from the aircraft out into the desert.
