The F11F-1 flight manual you posted shows a STALL speed of 99 knots at 13,000 lb, not a landing speed. That's the "drop out of the air" speed. Carrier landing would likely be a bit slower than "field landing speed" which is shown at 119 knots at 14,000 lb, but still comfortably above stall speed.The USN was indeed unhappy that its new supersonic fighters mostly had stall & landing speeds higher than the USN wanted.
