It's a model by Eric Simonsen. He bashed together lots of kits to make this sort of thing back in the 80's and 90's.

Hm. And I was under the impression that this is not a very good artists impression of one of the three Boeing's preliminary designs that led to the AVX-70 and later to the JSF. Well - every day something new.
