Wasn't NL already pressuring Belgium before 1974 because they said they were categorically opposed to F1 M53? Or was it after Leburton left?Unrelated, but the Leburton govt was also tied to an AMX-10P purchase instead of the OTL much later AIFV buy (early 80s instead of 73 for Leburton's 10P). Sadly I don't think a success in Belgium would snowball later because 10P was quite expensive for what it offered compared to the AIFV.
