To start off, how many satellites do you think would be need for a "full" constellation. For example the us is looking to build up a hypersonic tracking constellation and that has a minimum size of 1258 satellites and hanwha is planing to build a 2000 satellite constellation for mobility purposes. So a full military constellations would require more then that surely, but still probably less then the 42,000 or so that starlink is planning.
