MiG-29 No.'22' in radar-absorbing paint

I remember once seeing a photo of MiG-29 with tail No.22 painted with radar-absorbing paint, presumably in one of Yefim Gordon or Piotr Butowski publications from early 90s.

Doesn't one happy to have one?

I just looked, the photo is also in the WarbirdTECH MiG-29 volume, and the Famous Russian Aircraft MiG-29 book.
