Amazon has it on stock and sells it in many countries.
Prices vary however per country (don't ask me why). Depending on where you live it can be somewhere between 40 and 80 euros.

When ordering note the difference in cover between the new revised edition (2 volumes in one):

and the old Volume One and Volume Two that are sold out for years but sometimes offered for absurd prices:

Crecy responded to my query. According to the information, there are copies of the revised edition with the US distributor Specialty Press, but not with Crecy in the UK.
