I'm trying to find a list of very specific McDonnell Douglas model numbers. I know there are already threads on this, but those are far from complete. For example, they don't list that the F-4EJ is specifically the Model 98MB (I think), the Phantom F.G. Mk. 1 is the Model 98FB, or the Phantom F.G.R. Mk. 2 is the Model 98KD. Those types of specifics are lacking. I am specifically searching for the model numbers for the Phantom F. Mk. 3 ("F-4J(UK)") and the F-4S-33. There is this one god document from 1974 that (unfortunately, it is too big to attach) that has a giant list of these model numbers in this level of specificity, that's how I figured out the Models 98MB, FB, and KD. But because it is from 1974, aircraft like the F-4S and Phantom F. Mk. 3 are not in there and so I cannot figure them out. The other aircraft I am trying to figure out are the F/A-18s. I know they're the Model 267, but I don't know the subvariants (e.g., Model 267A, B, NQ, or whatever) and what F/A-18 models those corresponded to, or if it even had subvariants. The 1974 document also does not have any of these because the F/A-18 did not exist yet.
