According to the French-language text, it was designed by Frenchman Max Laporte between 1943 and 1944.
With only a 60 horsepower Walter or 40 hp Train engine, with a two-bladed propeller 145 cm in diameter. Martinet was designed as a fast, economical touring airplane for a solo pilot.
A 1/5 scale model was tested in a wind tunnel in Toulouse.
Conventional wooden construction intended for amateur construction.
