The project was originally called MH.300, with Continental GTS.IO-520 390hp engines.
The MH.350 had Continental G.IO-470 A 315hp engines. A full-scale mock-up was built and exhibited at Le Bourget 1961.
When Max Holste emigrated to Brazil, he projected a development called MH.360, no detail available.
