The Italian Navy is currently performing its main excercise the "Mare Aperto 25" (Open Sea 25), in this occasion the Italian Navy is displaying the full landing attack capability with the joint deployment of the LPD Trieste and the all "Santi Class" LPD ships (San Giorgio, San Marco and San Giusto).
