M6 Heavy Tank
The Italian-reading bloggers of Secret Projects interested in army developments, perhaps could appreciate knowing that the Italian magazine 'Eserciti nella Storia' (armies in the history), # 62 (May-June), contains an arrticle devoted to the US M6 Heavy Tank, with a fair large collection of pictures related to that not so famous experimental tanks (twelve photo, one in colour, and a four-view drawing). The same issue of the magazine published by Delta Editrice sports also an article about the Mayaguez incident and a very short note about the 1945 semitrailer Super Tank already featured on our blog and another one about the Tempo Vidal G 1200, a military car competing with the well-known Volkswagen/Porsche Kubelwagen.
As I already said in other posts of the same tenure, you can find information about availability of that magazine on the web, browsing Delta Editrice.
