Low Strike SAM from 1984-1985

In the back of my 1989-90 Janes Weapons Systems the previous issues sections mentions a
SAM system called "Low Strike". I have not been able to track down a copy of the 1984-5 edition
containing this weapon. Does anyone know what country developed it and any more about it?

israeli, my boy.

Under development by Rafael in 1983 as a close defence system for bridges etc. Was to use a modified Python AAM.

Many thanks. I think Israel had Chaparral launchers so I suppose a launcher for
Python on the same basis would have made sense.
