Hello

I stumbled upon this concept by PALS after the Phoenix SSTO was scrapped. There is very little info on this, so I was wondering if somebody more knowledgeable than I could help find some resources to learn more about this project. I seem to remember Bill Sprague on the X-Prize rocket called Liberty...which shared the name with the Ariane atop an SRB.

Sprague and John London of LEO ON THE CHEAP were pressure feed advocates. The double-bubble and Beals proposed rocket were the last plans for pressure feds outside of Interorbital and whatever ARCA is smoking.
