Dear all,

Came across this in Paul Beaver's Attack Helicopters published by Arms & Armour 1987 and it says that a lone BK-117A-1 was used by US Army Aviation Systems Command to evaluate air to air combat as along with other platforms. The airframe was tested at Pax River in 1986 onwards.
